Quality Director -- Full-time position available at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Reporting to the President & CEO of Curative Care Network, this position will play a key leadership role in developing quality indicators that measure the outcomes of the programs and services provided. Benchmarks and analyzes data to monitor performance of the organizational quality management systems and evaluates compliance to standards. Develops a quality dashboard and works with leaders to continuously improve performance. Remains current on quality standards, accrediting bodies and funding sources to fulfill quality strategic directions. Leads the CARF survey team.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in quality management and improvement required. Must have experience leading quality projects and team management. Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal presentation skills are required. Senior Financial Analyst -- Full-time position available at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Provides leadership and supervision of day-to-day operations and assigned staff within area(s) of responsibility. Communicates organizational direction to department staff. Administers, interprets and ensures compliance of organizational policies and procedures within assigned area(s). May plan, develop and/or direct programs and/or services within assigned area(s). Provides analytical support to service lines across the organization by providing consistent and meaningful financial information, reporting and analysis. Monitors and assesses key performance metrics to refine processes and improve efficiencies. Identifies opportunities to improve operating performance. Prepares financial analysis and trending reports. Coordinates preparation of the monthly business review packages. Prepares variance analysis and meets with operational leaders in advance of monthly business reviews. Participates in the monthly business reviews. Adult Day Services
 

Admissions and Outreach Coordinator -- Full-time position available at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Functions as single point of accountability internally and externally for the Adult Day Services admissions process. As part of the Adult Day Services administration team, this person will be held accountable for increasing the number of referrals and admissions to all programs and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. Coordinates and facilitates the admissions process for all Adult Day Services programs. Develops and implements strategies in order to reach recruitment goals. Maintains and builds relationships with referral sources, and seeks opportunities to raise awareness in the community of Curative Care Network and the services provided through Adult Day Services programs.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment, admissions and/or community relations. Experience working with individuals with disabilities also desirable. Must possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with persons served, families, co-workers and outside organizations. Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work with others in a team environment. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Manager, Adult Day Services -- Full-time position available at Curative - Forest Home.

  • General Description: Reporting to the Director of Adult Day Services, the Manager of the Curative - Forest Home location will oversee the daily operations and administration of all aspects of this adult day services site. This includes planning, organizing, staffing, leading and coordinating program activities. As a member of Curative leadership, the Manager will ensure the program delivery is in accordance with the mission and vision of Curative. The Manager is responsible for the administrative and personnel oversight as well as for the quality of care and the quality of programming provided to our clients that will assist our clients in achieving their individual goals.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management or human services related field. A minimum of five years of experience in the field is required, with at least three years in a supervisory role in an Adult Day Service program or similar setting. Must have a demonstrated ability to exemplify customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in addition to proficient problem solving processes is essential. Must be an accountable leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate and communicate with clients, direct line staff, managers, guardians/caregivers, funding sources and stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have proficient problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft office products are required.   • General Description: Under the guidance of their supervisor and/or others, demonstrates initiative and acts as a resource in all areas of professional expectation. Provides leadership and clinical expertise to staff to facilitate professional development and quality care. Continues to demonstrate those skills achieved at previous clinical levels.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum and be certified or eligible for certification from the State Medical Examination Board to practice in the State of Wisconsin. Requires a minimum of four years of pediatric OT experience. Must have leadership and team building characteristics. Case Manager, Children's Case Management -- Full-time positions at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: As a member of the Children’s Care Management Team, the Case Manager will be responsible for locating, managing, coordinating and monitoring all proposed waiver services, other services and informal community supports needed by the children and their families. This entails going into the clients' homes in their community.
  • Skills and Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position are: Be a Social worker certified in Wisconsin or a Bachelor’s degree in a social services area (e.g. Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or related field). Minimum of two (2) years’ experience coordinating client services in a field of developmental disabilities or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Must have knowledge of Wisconsin’s long-term support funding sources, as well as Medicaid Waiver programs. Excellent communication skills required. Case Manager, Family Care -- Full-time positions at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: A member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) that is responsible for monitoring the health and safety of a caseload of members. Responsible for assisting in monitoring quality and compliance. Provides training and mentoring as assigned.
  • Skills and Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position are: Be a Social Worker certified in Wisconsin or have a four-year Bachelor’s degree in a social services area (e.g. social work, rehabilitation, psychology, etc.) as well as at least one year of formal (non-family setting) experience working with disabilities or frail elders, or have a four-year Bachelor’s degree in any other area with a minimum of three years of formal (non-family setting) experience working with persons with disabilities or frail elders. In addition, the Case Manager must also have knowledge of community resources available to meet the needs of the members served and a thorough understanding of the range and type of long term care options available in the community. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile experience.
