Education Manager -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Create and promote an environment that affords quality patient care and serve excellence by ensuring that staff is using evidenced based practices when providing service to our clients. This occurs through facilitation of the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment and continuing education. Plan, coordinate and implement training and educational offerings at Curative. Provide staff development expertise and serve as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent and leader. Responsible for the creation and implementation of student affiliations and internships. The Education Manager is instrumental in creating a continuous learning environment within Curative to meet the diverse needs of our programs.

Program Coordinator -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street and at Curative - Individualized Day Program

  • General Description: Develop goals and coordination of services for a caseload of 15-20 clients. Maintain relationships with guardians, stakeholders and funding sources. Lead planning meetings semi-annually for clients. Generate monthly reports for stakeholders. Program Coordinators function as a liaison between Curative Care Network and others.   • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 2 years’ experience as a Curative Senior Activity Specialist, with demonstrated ability to provide case management tasks according to Curative standards, or at least one year of experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Must possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with persons served, families, co-workers and outside organizations. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Case Manager, Adult Family Care -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: A member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) that is responsible for the coordination of case management services provided to members, families, providers and other stakeholders throughout Milwaukee County. This entails going into the clients’ homes in their community.
  • Skills and Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position are: Be a Social Worker certified in Wisconsin; or have a four-year Bachelor’s degree in a social services area (e.g. social work, rehabilitation, psychology, etc.) as well as at least one year of formal (non-family setting) experience working with disabilities or frail elders; or have a four-year Bachelor’s degree in any other area with a minimum of three years of formal (non-family setting) experience working with persons with disabilities or frail elders. In addition, the Case Manager must have knowledge of community resources available to meet the needs of the members served and a thorough understanding of the range and type of long term care options available in the community. Group Home Manager -- Full-time positionat 117th Street Group Home in Milwaukee. Varied shift and weekend hours are required for this positions.

  • General Description: Responsible for the quality of care provided to the residents ensuring a home-like environment that fosters the development of life skills. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the group home including, but not limited to: the overall health, safety and development of the residents.
