Program Coordinator-- Full-time position at Curative - Central City.

  • General Description: Plans, develops and implements activities to assist clients in attaining personal goals. Work with Program Specialists on planning activities, scheduling community outings and coordinating daily program activities. Will provide direct care and personal cares to assist in activities of daily living. May have other duties as assigned.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 2 years of experience as a Curative Care Network Program Specialist, with demonstrated ability to complete case management tasks according to Curative’s standards. At least one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Case Management Services

Case Manager, Adults/Seniors -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: A member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) that is responsible for the coordination of case management services provided to members, families, providers and other stakeholders throughout Milwaukee County. This entails going into the clients’ homes in the community.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Be a Social Worker certified in Wisconsin, or have a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a social services area (e.g. Social Work, Rehabilitation, Psychology or related field), as well as at least one year of formal (non-family setting) experience working with persons disabilities or frail elders OR have a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in any other area with a minimum of three years of formal (non-family setting) experience working with persons with disabilities or frail elders. Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Local travel, at a minimum southeastern Wisconsin but usually within Milwaukee County. Family Service Coordinator -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Provides case management/service coordination for children ages zero to three who evidence a developmental delay or other atypical development. Coordinator conducts screenings, facilitates eligibility determination, organizes and participates in evaluations and develops plans for care. Coordinator also links families with community resources, teaches families how to be effective advocates for their children, and assists families in arranging for services their children may need at the time of discharge. Demonstrates excellent documentation, organization and customer service skills.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires knowledge of the local service delivery system, the target group’s needs, the need for integrated services, and the resources available or needing to be developed. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service related field (human development, psychology, social services or similar areas) OR three years or more experience as a Family Service Coordinator (or equivalent case management position) OR successful completion of the Human Services Associate Degree internship program through MATC and Curative Care Network.   • General Description: As a member of the Commercial Services Team, the Landscape Maintenance Technician will perform as well as direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance at commercial, private or public property. Tasks include: cutting lawns, trimming, clipping, edging, power vacuuming, planting/maintenance and construction of flower beds, pruning shrubs, trees, hedges, cleaning grounds, weed control and fertilization.
