Adult Day Services

Program Specialist-- Part-time positions at Curative - Menomonee Falls and Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Implement daily activity plans for our clients with disabilities, including crafts, games, and community outings. Provide input regarding goal achievement of clients. Supervision for clients during unstructured time. Assist clients in meeting their personal care needs. May have other duties as assigned.

Preferred skills: Experience supporting adults with Alzheimer's, Dementia and memory loss helpful. Case Management Services

Registered Nurse -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: A member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) that is responsible for monitoring the health and safety of a caseload of members. Regular contact with members, families, providers and other stakeholders in the community at home or other locations as indicated.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires completion of an accredited professional training program for Registered Nurses - minimum of Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must hold licensure to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin and have practiced clinical skills for at least one year. Must possess basic computer skills and word processing competencies. Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Local travel, at a minimum southeastern Wisconsin but usually within Milwaukee County. Family Service Coordinator -- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: Provides case management/service coordination for children ages zero to three who evidence a developmental delay or other atypical development. Coordinator conducts screenings, facilitates eligibility determination, organizes and participates in evaluations and develops plans for care. Coordinator also links families with community resources, teaches families how to be effective advocates for their children, and assists families in arranging for services their children may need at the time of discharge. Demonstrates excellent documentation, organization and customer service skills.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires knowledge of the local service delivery system, the target group’s needs, the need for integrated services, and the resources available or needing to be developed. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service related field (human development, psychology, social services or similar areas) OR three years or more experience as a Family Service Coordinator (or equivalent case management position) OR successful completion of the Human Services Associate Degree internship program through MATC and Curative Care Network.   • General Description: The Special Education Teacher will perform evaluations and re-evaluations of each child. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing a service plan that will help the child and family meet their goals.

  • General Description: Plans, organizes and implements job training, job coaching and production activities for persons served working in the Pre-Vocational Training Program. Provides daily assistance to persons served in the Pre-Vocational Training Program.

Landscape Maintenance Technician -- Full-time position at Curative - Employment Center, West Allis.

  • General Description: As a member of the Commercial Services Team, the Landscape Maintenance Technician will perform as well as direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance at commercial, private or public property. Tasks include: cutting lawns, trimming, clipping, edging, power vacuuming, planting/maintenance and construction of flower beds, pruning shrubs, trees, hedges, cleaning grounds, weed control and fertilization.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in landscape maintenance. Requires experience in working with people with disabilities. Must possess organizational/leadership skills, demonstrate initiative and have the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Must be able to interact with a wide range of people, including State employees, co-workers and the general public. Must be able to operate a wide range of power equipment and be somewhat proficient in troubleshooting/repair of equipment.
