Manager, Adult Day Services -- Full-time position at Curative - Menomonee Falls.

  • General Description: As a member of the Leadership Team reporting to the Director of Adult Day Services, the Manager will oversee the daily operations and administration of all aspects of this site, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and coordinating program activities. The Manager will ensure the program delivery is in accordance with the mission and vision of Curative. The Manager will be responsible for administrative and personnel oversight. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of care and quality of programming provided to our clients will assist clients in achieving their individual goals.
  • Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management or human services related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in the field. Requires at least three (3) years in a supervisory role in an Adult Day Service program or similar setting. Must demonstrate the ability to exemplify customer service skills and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in addition to proficient problem solving processes. Must be an accountable leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate and communicate with clients, direct line staff, managers, guardians/caregivers, funding sources and stakeholders. Must also possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have proficient problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products. Program Specialist - 1:1-- Part-time positions at Curative - Cudahy.

Case Management Services

Registered Nurse-- Full-time position at Curative - 92nd Street.

  • General Description: A member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) that is responsible for monitoring the health and safety of a caseload of members. Regular contact with members, families, providers and other stakeholders in the community at home or other locations as indicated.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires completion of an accredited professional training program for Registered Nurses - minimum of Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must hold licensure to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin and have practiced clinical skills for at least one year. Must possess basic computer skills and word processing competencies. Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Local travel, at a minimum southeastern Wisconsin but usually within Milwaukee County. Landscape Maintenance Technician-- Full-time position at the Curative Employment Center in West Allis.

  • General Description: As a member of the Commercial Services Team, the Landscape Maintenance Technician will perform as well as direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance at commercial, private or public property. Tasks include: cutting lawns, trimming, clipping, edging, power vacuuming, planting/maintenance and construction of flower beds, pruning shrubs, trees, hedges, cleaning grounds, weed control and fertilization.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have two years of experience in landscape maintenance.Experience in working with people with disabilities required. Must possess organizational/leadership skills, demonstrate initiative and have the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Must be able to interact with a wide range of people, including State employees, co-workers and the general public. Must be able to operate a wide range of power equipment and be somewhat proficient in trouble-shooting/repair of equipment.
