Curative Works helps individuals with disabilities or limiting conditions determine their employment goals and offers skills training to help achieve those goals. Once employment goals are established, the Curative team provides support services to ensure goals are achieved to ultimately help individuals thrive.
Designed to meet the needs of persons with disabilities or limiting conditions, our staff assists individuals who experience developmental disabilities, mental illness, brain injury and physical disabilities.
Providing job skills, encouragement and employment
Curative Works offers comprehensive services to assist individuals with disabilities reach their ultimate employment goals. Our training is designed to provide meaningful job experience and is paid at minimum wages or better.

Specialized services based on individualized needs
Curative Works offers a variety of employment options including:
- Community Employment Services – Curative offers comprehensive services to assist individuals ages 16 and older with disabilities or limiting conditions reach their ultimate goal of employment in community businesses. We provide vocational evaluation as well as job development, job shadowing, job placement, and job coaching. Work incentive benefits counseling services are also available.
- Landscape and Maintenance Services – Our Landscape and Maintenance Services provide training, employment and a sense of purpose for men and women with disabilities and/or other limiting conditions who share an inspiring work ethic and work side-by-side with non-disabled workers and supervisors. We provide lawn maintenance in the warm months and general painting, repair and snow removal during the cold months. We are a top vendor in southeast Wisconsin with a 98% average customer satisfaction rating.
- Assembly Services – Curative Works has a long history of successfully fulfilling assembly and production jobs for companies throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Our on-site assembly plant provides training in a variety of skill areas. We provide on-the-job coaching with the goal of transitioning to competitive community employment.

Curative offers regularly scheduled training and educational opportunities for staff. Two on-site managers are assigned to the Curative Works location. We see people for their abilities and our amazing staff works with each client to improve their function and quality of life.
