Charitable Giving Options

There are many options for making a charitable contribution to the Curative Foundation. Your contribution benefits the programs and services Curative Care Network offers to children, adults and seniors with disabilities who live throughout southeast Wisconsin. Please consider the following choices:

  • A Gift of Money
Gifts of money are the most common form of charitable donation. You may make a gift to the Curative Foundation:

    • With a credit card using our secure on-line pledge form.

    • By mailing a check or money order. (You may find it helpful to fill out and print a copy of our on-line pledge form to enclose with your check.)

Make check or money order payable to Curative Foundation and mail to:

  • Giving Through Our Vehicle Donation Program

Curative accepts donations of cars, trucks, vans, recreational vehicles and more at our Curative Ranch Community Services Campus at W187 N8661 Maple Road in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. To learn more about how you can receive a tax deduction for your donation while at the same time supporting Curative's programs and services in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties:

  • Giving Through Your Will

You can remember the Curative Foundation in your will or living trust through a specific asset or dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or the residue of your estate. You also can designate the Foundation as a contingency if one of your beneficiaries passes away. You can potentially reduce estate taxes and experience the joy of knowing your estate will serve the community for years to come.

  • Giving Securities and Other Appreciated Property

Stocks, bonds and other appreciated assets also can serve as charitable gifts.

  • Charitable Remainder Trust

A Charitable Remainder Trust is one of the most flexible ways of making a charitable gift that helps preserve your estate. This irrevocable trust provides a lifetime income for you or other living beneficiaries that you choose. Income payments can be a fixed amount or a variable amount of the trust principal, depending on your financial needs. You also choose the trust payment rate and timing of income payments. Upon the passing of the income beneficiaries, the remaining trust principal is transferred to the Curative Foundation.

The WE CARE Program

You can support Curative Care Network every time you shop at a Pick 'n Save grocery store.

As part of the WE CARE program, Pick n' Save donates a percentage of your total grocery bill to the charitable organization of your choice whenever you use your Advantage Plus Savers Card.

You can designate Curative Care Network as the recipient of your WE CARE donation by filling out a simple form at any Pick 'n Save customer service desk.

Use the code number 137900 to select Curative. As one of the designated charities, Curative receives a quarterly cash donation from Pick 'n Save.

  • Life Insurance

You also can help Curative by donating a life insurance policy you already have in place or by purchasing a policy for the purpose of making a gift.

  • Giving of Real Estate

Gifts of real estate are another option for making a substantial charitable gift.  You can donate property you currently own as an outright gift, receive lifetime income or receive a portion of its value by selling the property to the Foundation at a reduced price.

  • Life Estate Agreements

A Life Estate Agreement is an irrevocable gift that leaves your  personal residence to the Foundation.  The establishment of a life estate agreement requires the Foundation's approval and the drafting of an agreement.
